Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor Engineer in Mechanical & Electrical Power with solid experience in compressed air technology, specifically compressors, to lead our maintenance team at the Alexandria branch. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team’s daily operations
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in air compressors and related equipment
• Ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability of industrial machinery
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Power Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of industrial maintenance experience, with hands-on experience in air compressors (especially industrial compressors)
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driving license
