- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with production requirements
- Forecast material requirements and manage purchase planning
- Plan and maintain safety stock levels to prevent production interruptions
- Monitor inventory levels in coordination with production and warehouse teams
- Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Track purchasing KPIs and prepare regular reports for Plant Manager
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics are a plus
- 5-8 years of experience in procurement within the manufacturing or food industry
- Minimum 2-3 years in a managerial role
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems
- Understanding of inventory management and production planning
