🏢 Sahara for fruit processing.
📍 Location: Sadat City.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for local and international suppliers
• Source and evaluate new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and supplier contracts
• Calculate and manage MRP for locally procured materials
• Review and update supplier quotations and price lists
• Monitor procurement cost savings and report them monthly
• Assess and evaluate suppliers based on performance KPIs
• Conduct market analysis for material commodities
• Issue purchase orders based on planning requirements
• Prepare monthly reconciliation reports ensuring system accuracy and updated price record
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
✔ Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
✔ Experience in machinery, spare parts, and workshop procurement
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
