Role Overview: Responsible for managing end-to-end catalogue operations and backend execution across Vendor Central platforms, ensuring product visibility, accuracy, and commercial performance. The role plays a key part in driving online growth through optimized listings, data quality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities. 1. Catalogue Management: Create, upload, and maintain product listings on Vendor Central platforms Ensure all product data (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords) is optimized for SEO and conversion Manage variations (size, color, bundles) and ensure correct parent-child relationships Continuously audit catalogue health (missing attributes, suppressed listings, errors) 2. Vendor Central Operations: Handle full backend operations on Vendor Central (item setup, A+ content, pricing updates) Monitor and resolve listing issues, stranded inventory, and suppressed ASINs Coordinate item onboarding including compliance and category approvals Manage purchase orders (POs), shipments, and basic supply chain coordination 3. Content Optimization: Develop high-converting product pages using strong copywriting and keyword strategies Upload and manage A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content Work closely with marketing to improve product visibility and ranking 4. Pricing & Promotions: Update pricing in alignment with commercial strategy Execute promotions, deals, and discount campaigns Monitor pricing competitiveness and Buy Box performance Requirements: 2–5 years experience in E-commerce / Marketplace operations (Amazon Vendor Central preferred) Strong knowledge of catalogue structure, SEO, and listing optimization Hands-on experience with Vendor Central tools and processes Analytical mindset with good Excel skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills Experience with A+ Content and brand stores Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid ads Experience in handling large catalogues (100+ SKUs)
