Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and managing tenders for projects.
- Participate in the bidding process by providing accurate cost estimation
- Comply to the tendering policies & procedures
- Support in the pre-qualification bid stage in terms of quantifying cost factors, rates, materials and labor expenses
- Ensure product technical compliance with the client requirements’
- Collect information & verify updated market prices, new suppliers in alignment with the Procurement Department based on previously executed projects
- Study and evaluate received subcontractors’ offers
- Estimate the project’s cost and pricing in terms of dry cost, labor cost…etc.
- Collect raw material prices by floating all the RFQs in the formal form to the suppliers in order to collect offers
- Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.
- Review/assess technical specifications, BOQ, and drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare proposals for technical and commercial offers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- From 2 – 4 Years of experience in similar role
- Excellent Knowledge of HVAC, Fire, and plumping
- Construction background is a must
- Analytical & planning skills.
- Very Good MS capabilities.
- Good user of AutoCAD.
- Very good command of English language.
