Responsible for supporting supply chain operations by managing warehouse activities, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating logistics to ensure the efficient flow of marine spare parts and equipment. The role involves overseeing receiving, storage, packing, and shipping operations while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting procurement and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, packing, and shipping of marine spare parts and equipment.
2. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and avoid shortages or overstock.
3. Track and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries
4. Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records.
5. Prepare and issue daily reports for sales and returns, ensuring alignment with inventory records.
6. Conduct monthly reports for purchases, expenses, and inventory forecasts.
7. Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery accuracy.
8. Contribute to inventory planning and annual forecasting to support supply chain efficiency.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and spare parts handling.
2. Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management practices.
3. Good analytical and reporting skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
