This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Road Freight Export Specialist focused on shipments from Egypt to GCC countries. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day export operations, including handling export documentation, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance, and maintaining communication with clients and partners. The role also involves assisting in resolving any export-related challenges and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the export process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Export Documentation and comprehensive understanding of Export processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with clients and partners effectively
- Knowledge of Import/Export regulations and requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Previous experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
