We’re Hiring: Demand & Supply Planning Coordinator
We’re looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. This role plays a key part in driving forecast accuracy, supporting the S&OP process, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to meet market demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage demand forecasts to support
overall supply chain operations
Develop, review, and refine forecast models (6-12 months horizon)
Analyze historical sales trends, forecast accuracy, and bias for continuous improvement
Lead demand review meetings and support the S&OP cycle
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Category teams
Prepare KPI reports and insights on demand trends and forecast performance
Support product lifecycle management, new launches, and range reviews
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
3-5 years of experience in FMCG demand planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills (essential) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
