We’re looking for a results-driven Production Manager to oversee our factory operations. If you are a leader who excels at optimizing workflows, ensuring top-tier quality, and hitting production targets without compromising safety, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Plan and draw up a production schedule; decide on and order the resources that are specific to the design requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the production is cost-effective and that goods are produced on time and are of high quality.
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop the factory floor team to ensure maximum productivity and morale.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement LEAN or efficient manufacturing processes to reduce waste.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in production/manufacturing management (experience in furniture or design-based manufacturing is a strong plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of manufacturing software (ERP/MRP) and MS Office.
