Job Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Manage and execute high-value and complex purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Continuously review and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate procurement-related risks.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and delivery documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as finance and commercial teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Negotiate complex contracts and manage agreements with high-value suppliers.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use strong problem-solving abilities to resolve complex procurement issues.
- Guide, support, and lead junior procurement specialists.
