We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cairo – Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling reservations, coordinating bookings, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• 📞 Handling Reservations: Process and manage hotel, tour, transportation, and activity reservations efficiently via phone, email, and online booking systems.
• 📋 Booking Coordination: Confirm availability, issue booking confirmations, and ensure accurate details are provided to clients.
• 🤝 Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• 📝 System Management: Input, update, and maintain booking details in the internal reservation system.
• 📊 Reporting: Generate regular reports on bookings, cancellations, and occupancy rates.
• 🌐 Collaboration: Work closely with sales, contracting, and operations teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
• 📅 Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on pending requests to secure bookings in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• ✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• 📆 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry.
• 🖥 Skills:Proficiency in reservation systems and B2B systems.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
• 💻 Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• 🤝 Personality Traits: Proactive, well-disciplined, and a great team player.
