We are looking for a Sales Logistics Specialist to join our team and support our growth in Egypt.Main Responsibilities
- Research and explore potential markets inside and outside Egypt.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build and expand the customer base.
- Follow up with existing customers and maintain strong relationships to ensure continuous business growth.
- Work on existing company data leads (limited database) and develop new prospects to expand the pipeline.
- Handle customer sales inquiries and ensure their requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Study the Export & Logistics market, identify opportunities, and design the best approaches to attract and retain clients.
- Develop and maintain a structured sales information system & customer database to support decision-making.
- Follow up the logistics process and procedures for any shipment to ensure client satisfaction.
- Position PTL as a trusted international logistics brand and continuously attempt to penetrate new markets.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven previous experience in Logistics & Transportation Sales (candidate must have hands-on experience and not require training).
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
- From 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance sales.
- Preferable residence in Cairo or Alexandria.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong ability to generate leads, approach potential clients, and close deals independently.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written).
- Good to Very Good English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, multitask, and meet deadlines.
