We’re Hiring – Senior Logistics Officer
A leading agricultural company is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Senior Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement, storage, and distribution of agricultural products.
Manage transportation schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Negotiate and manage contracts with transporters and logistics service providers.
Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams.
Prepare and analyze logistics reports to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3–4 years of proven experience in logistics, preferably in the agriculture or FMCG sector.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, and warehousing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
