We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated candidate to join our dynamic team at HPG as:
( Planning Specialist )
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage production and supply
plans to meet company and customer demands.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(Sales, Production, and Procurement) to align production schedules with market
needs.
-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate
with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
-Analyze historical data and market trends
to forecast demand and optimize production schedules.
-Coordinate with the logistics team to
ensure smooth distribution of products.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any planning
issues that arise in the supply chain.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business
Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in production
planning, supply chain management, MUST be related to the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of planning software and
tools (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar).
