Job Overview:
As a Junior Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our procurement processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.
Job Description:
• Issuing and following up on purchase orders (local and international).
• Coordinating shipments, logistics, and warehouse interactions.
• Supporting documentation, customs clearance processes, and internal settlements.
• Communicating with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments.
• Assisting with vehicle scheduling and related support tasks.
• Maintaining accurate procurement and logistics records.
• Preparing relevant reports as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or procurement
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- ERP system experience (preferably Odoo) is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and manage time schedule.
