Quoting the clients
Follow up operations afterwards
Keeping clients updated with each step
Regular clients visits to build good relationships
Sending reports and following SOPs

Job description:
Attending to client RFQs
Sending rates requests to shipping lines & truckers
Quoting the client
Follow up operation afterwards
Keeping client updated with each step
Invoicing clients
Regular clients visits to build good relationships
Sending reports and following SOPs
Import customs clearance supervisor:
Job description:
Revising commercial docs against customs and country import rules
Aware of ACID procedures and presenting customs declarations on Nafeza
Follow up with customs brokers
Arranging NTRA approvals and docs when needed
Updating and reporting clients
Finalizing operation and invoicing on accounting system
All positions qualifications:
Min 2 years experience in freight forwarding
Team player
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills
Good command of English
Interpersonal skills
